I purchased my 2023 telluride from mall of ga Kia with an extended warranty and protection plan. I was told today that this plan only includes 2 oil changes per year and only small discounts on service. This was not what I was told upon purchasing the warranty coverage as the advisors and I went through the math prior to purchasing. Seeking a more clear explanation around what is and is not covered since this is news to me and potentially I would like to have a pro rated refund and remove the service plan.

My vehicle service was completed, I did not get notified until 2 hours later. I was seating in the waiting room, but no one notified me that my vehicle was ready. After waiting for a long time, I went outside to check on the status of my car and it was parking outside. I was informed that it was done 2 hours ago but no one informed me.

Everyone went above and beyond to answer questions about my vehicle even though it wasn't part of my service.
