The new waiting area is much improved. Steven was polite & professional, my vehicle was clean and the maintenance was complete when it was returned to me.

Customer service was great. However, after servicing, car immediately had a new very annoying noise coming from in front of driver area with every bump. The bigger the bump the louder the noise. Unacceptable. Called before arriving home across town in 5:00 traffic to report issue and needs remedy.

Service associates I would give them a 5 out of 5. At this point I'm not impressed at all with the quality of service. I had my oil changed and my drain plug was loose causing my truck to leak oil all over my drive way. Also when they reset the service light on the dash my electronic speed odometer is way off.

I visited Hampton for my first service appointment on my 4Runner on Monday September 23, and the service that your staff provided was ( Truly Exceptional ). I was greeted by Russ immediately upon arriving at the service drive. He directed me to Steven who would be my service advisor. Both Steven and Russ were extremely professional, and my vehicle was ready to go fairly quickly. I have had great buying experiences at other dealerships in the past however I can say with honesty that Hampton is the first dealership that has subsequently provided me with the same degree of respect and service as received on the day of purchase. I will definitely continue doing business here for years to come.
