I had previously come in and a transmission flush was performed, but the tech obviously didn't properly perform the service because the fluid was low and this caused issues with my vehicles transmission. I came to have the issue corrected but at first the service rep tried to suggest that there was no mistake and that my vehicle must have leaked it out. If you make a mistake then own up to it and make it right w/o trying to lay blame on the customer or some other thing. A mistake was made it happens but this was an opportunity to show how a good business treats its customers. Luckily I informed the service Manager. He and a Mr. Granger then handled it, which I appreciated. I doubt the service rep meant to mishandle the customer service opportunity but she should recognize that if a mistake is made it can be corrected but only with proper customer service. Otherwise loyal customers will go elsewhere.
