I would like to thank Steve for going out of his way to have my vehicle repaired. I was egregiously late due to a prior appointment delay. Nevertheless, Steve told me to bring my vehicle over because he would work me into the schedule, even though they had so much going on at the time. Moreover, the repair was done in such a reasonable time that I was able to wait. Now that is what I call SERVICE!

I certainly did not have the time to bring my vehicle in for recalls. However I scheduled to bring it after finally giving in. 8:am appointment on a Monday and I rolled in at 8:02. I was promptly greeted and walked through the process of paper work. Which I was missing one part of it. They made it easy for me. I emailed my insurance it was printed for me. The entire process was so efficiently run I was back home in a brand new loaner car by 8:20. I never expected to be treated so well or be surrounded by people who take such pride in their work . I actually left having a great start to my day! This experience has been zero inconvenience and honestly pleasant! Very grateful for the opportunity to drive an upgrade from my minivan... when I am ready I will be back for that loaner car! Thank you.
