Hampton really has it together. Over the summer I was traveling to vacation and at 3 am in Opelousas I hit a tree limb in the middle of the interstate. I had my car towed to the nearest Toyota Service Center. I had a terrible experience with Courville Toyota. They wasted hours of my time today with little help and I still left their lot with an unresolved issue from work they did on my car after the accident in July. One thing I can’t stand is being taken advantage of. Today, after hours of frustration with my car insurance and Courville, I called Hampton. Mr. Phillip not only remembered me, but helped me to get my issue resolved within minutes. I was transferred to the parts department where Mr. Nick had a rim ordered within five minutes. I’m so incredibly impressed with Hampton. I regret not initially having my car towed to Hampton in the first place back in July. I would have saved myself a lot of headache.
