Had the car washed prior to auto butler. After inspecting the car after auto butler we found bug smear on the front of the car. It had not been properly washed. We were always told that any vehicle going through about butler had to be spotless. This is the second time we have our car washed by your team prior to auto butler and get it back with bug splatter still on the front of the car after auto butler was performed.

I left the dealership satisfied about the services I received, however there were problems. First off, the service that normally takes a couple hours took all day (10AM-4PM). Second, when I arrived by shuttle to pick up my car, it took about 15-20 minutes before I was able to complete my ticket/pay for services. There were only 2 advisors staffed from what I could see and they had their hands full. Third, I specifically requested a MPI but when I was reviewing the paperwork with the SA, we found the MPI form was not attached and not completed. I had to wait additional time for them to manually do a MPI form, which I am not sure is 100% correct after reviewing the items personally. Not the best service appointment I've had, which is quite unfortunate.
