As always, my service was excellent with Hampton Toyota. One suggestion that I might have is that the rental process be a little more automated. I rent a vehicle each time I bring my Highlander in for servicing and it seems to be an awful manual process. Seems like my information could be kept on file so that your wonderful ladies don’t have to write all of that out every time.
