Sorry about Steven Nelams—-he is and was never friendly with deaf people. I walked in after arrival He was saying something and i told him i am deaf he was like “oh” then went on with his business. Leaving me standing there for few minutes — heck i walked away not standing there to wait. NOT the first time ever since i bought the car, he has done this to me. Never felt welcome by him at all.
