The person who helped me schedule my appointment knew I had an important doctor appt to be at this morning however they failed to inform me that I would be required to have full coverage insurance to rent the vehicle, all that was said to me was that it would be covered because of a recall on the air bags. The appt I was to be at was for a surgical consult and because of the delayed timing to get this information I would not have made it to the appointment in time. Had this been told to me in the beginning I could have came later in the day and happily waited for the short time it would have taken to get this issue fixed. I also was made to feel like it would take time to get this fixed until I was there again having known this in advance I would have chosen a later appointment time that would have been more convenient for me and my family. This business seriously needs to work on communicating with customers and each other.

Steven did a very good job . He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. While in the waiting for my truck to be serviced, Steven informed me that My last oil change was good for 10,000 miles instead of 5,000 miles ( I had forgotten that) and I didn’t need to change the oil unless I just wanted to. This saved me some money. The tires were rotated promptly and I was on my way faster than I had anticipated. I had a stain on the driver’s seat. My wife asked an attendant if he had something to remove the stain. He immediately got a spray cleaner and rag and removed the stain. While he was cleaning the seat , his supervisor walked and told him that if the stain would not come off, he could try another cleaner. My wife was very satisfied since she had previously tried to get the stain out.
