Carice did great job and so did service department. My only comment would be I returned my rental car 30 minutes after the time I borrowed the car and was charged entirely for another day for it. I was disappointed about that but I was happy with all other aspects of service.

The service here is superb. TRULY 5 DIAMOND SERVICE ????????????????????.I AM 100% SATISFIED!!! A rock hit underneath my car, as I was driving on the interstate. I called Hampton Toyota @ 10:27 am and the service rep immediately scheduled me in for 11:00 am. They manage their schedules very well and there is nerve and extensively long wait time. Mr. Steven was an excellent service rep. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The team did a thorough inspection on my care to ensure that there were absolutely NO DAMAGES.Also, Mr. Steve nor the mechanic staff did not lie to get a sale. They were truly honest about the status of my car and gave me the all clear. I would 100% recommend this dealership. ???????????????
