Very disappointed for the 1st time with service received on 10/23. Went in for oil change. Took all of 15 minutes. After arriving home noticed something oily on my headlight and some brownish spots on bumper. Touched with fingers and could tell it was motor oil. So I raised the hood and was shocked to see the amount of oil on value covering and where oil is put in - the knob covered with oil. I took photos. I would have never expected such a sloppy job from Hampton. I was not in a rush - done in 15 minutes was what I could expect from a Jiffy Lube. I take very good care of my car, always cleaned and waxed. I go as far as wiping done under the hood when washing and detailing. To say I was angry with that oil all over under the hood is really an understatement. Was seeing red.

Carmen did a great job, especially since my wife was complaining about something that is normal wear and tear on the vehicle… Rust on the brakes. Carmen told us she would have a service technician look at it and they would take care of it. They cleaned the brake rotors. It was an unusual problem because only one brake rotor out of four was rusting. You could not have asked for any more than what Carmen did for us.
