Service from Ashley was horrible. She didn't know what parts needed to be replaced on my vehicle. Even with the estimate invoice had no clue. Everytime I called or got a call, stories and explanations were always conflicting. I brought my vehicle with powered mirrors not working in the down and right adjusting movements. And left with them not working at all along with my radio. Ive purchased one car with y'all. That was my first and will be my last. I will never do any kind of business with Hampton. Very shady and dishonest. Sadly, a dealership from Mississippi will have to send a driver to come get my vehicle, drive it to the dealership and fix the problems. That's service. Yall couldn't even give me floor mats for the car I purchased with yall. Sad.
