I’m not sure how long the Appt should have taken but I was there for 3 hours today and had to go a couple of times to get a status update.
I also called ahead of my Appt to get a cost analysis for what the charges would be. Then when I arrived today it was suggested to me to address the 30k mileage items, which weren’t included in my initial estimate. An increase of $60 I wasn’t expecting.

It was new to me , but my oil sticker said 25,000 miles for service and I go there with 24,659 and Thought I needed all change and he told me no the only thing I needed was a Tire rotation. So he put that in. And to me that I don’t need at oil change til 29,000 miles ???????????

In March yall told us our brakes needed replacing
