I went in to Hampton for autobutler & maintenance and was told I had no appointment for autobutler. That may be my mistake but I was overdue for that service and thought I requested it during my initial call. Anticipating a long wait, I scheduled a medical appointment during my wait. So the shuttle driver dropped me off at the medical office & I was done in less than an hour. My vehicle was ready at that point since it only got an oil change. I phoned for the driver but continued to wait for him... An hour later I sent the service person a text. Still no ride. I phoned Hampton again. After waiting 1 hour & 15 minutes the driver appeared. I told him how long I waited & he said he left right after getting the message AND that he had a slow afternoon & could have come for me much earlier! The service person told me she called my home number even though I gave a valid number before leaving the dealership. And she sent a text to my cell phone. My experience with Hampton is usually very satisfactory but not yesterday!

My vehicle was taken in twice for the same problem and not fixed I will never bring it back again for any reason I really thought the dealership would be the best place to get my vehicle serviced turns out to be a joke!!

My car wasn’t even inspected until I told the tech representative that I was going to pick up my car since they had the vehicle all day and did nothing with it. I even asked if I would not have to pay and she said yes since the car wasn’t inspected. Upon arrival to pick up the car, I was told they were inspecting it even though I told them I was coming to pick it up and didn’t want to pay the $100 service charge.

I ask to be contacted before work began on my vehicle, twice by phone once by text and yet work began before I was contacted. I knew work was starting because my app alerted me on open doors. When I was finally able to talk to service advisor I was told that it was because he was very busy that early in the morning. My SUV is less than one year old and had a dead battery. I wanted to talk to him about a possible resolution, a TSB. Not a happy customer!

The problem with today’s visit and the 20 K mile service did not happen because of Carmen. The people in the shop/ work area are the ones that didn’t do their job properly. Front passenger seat was pushed all the way forward with no explanation . Alert light was on and my hood was not closed. I drove onto Johnson st and had to return to dealership for assistance. Very unsafe, thankful that it didn’t pop up all the way and cause me to wreck. The 20k mile visit my back hatch wouldn’t work as I found out while trying to put groceries in I forced it up but wasn’t strong enough to close it. I called your service dept and they said I would have to bring it back in. It was raining and I couldn’t close the hatch they told me to call Toyota cares to tow it in since I didn’t want to drive from Crowley to Lafayette with the hatch open. Someone strong was able to close the hatch and I returned to the dealership the next day to find out service person pushed some button in when they changed the cabin air filter . This disabled the hatch from working. I personally think the technicians should be responsible for their work.

Issue with my remote to unlock my truck doors. Second time I’ve asked to have it fixed with no response. Also you cannot balance my after market tires and I have to take it somewhere else to have it done. The other service center can do all my work. Now that I am paying for my service, I will go there for all my needs. I have sent Toyota a complaint about the failure to resolve my remote issue. Have owned a Toyota for the last 25 years. I think it’s time for a change.

I arrived about 1-1/2 hour earlier then scheduled for my Toyota maintenance...And, yet, I was greeted by Steven promptly upon arriving...Hr was very courteous and professional, with a customer warmth service disposition...My wait time was not as long as I anticipated. Steven sit with and explained the work sheet of the performed job completed...I say, well done”. I am pleased with the service that I experienced at Hampton Toyota. Thanks, again Steven Hollier!
