I made a 9am appointment for service that was supposed to take 3 hours. No communication all day with advisor. I called 6 hours later to get update & was told no idea how much longer it would take. 3-1/2 hours later I called again to make a complaint & was told the paperwork was finally ready & that the department was short-handed & had only 2 technicians today. This is not acceptable to me. Your service today was not award winning as you claim!
