This was my first visit for Sercice. It was the absolute fastest service I ever received anywhere one major disappointment was when the attendant pulled my car around without wearing a mask. I asked to service people if that was a requirement. I was told yes. My husband is in the high risk category of Covid. As excited as I was about my quick service I quickly began disappointed and disgusted. Bo respect not wasabi offered to have my car disinfected before I pulled away.

Steven Nelams always provides exceptional attention to our needs associated with problems with our vehicle. The main problems with this visit was the inattention given to our vehicle with windows rolled down by someone who took in the vehicle. The Avalon sat for about 2 weeks with open windows and a fuel or gas smell remains inside the car. The smell is strong and we have to open the windows while driving to and from our destination. Yes, we are meticulous with our vehicles and maintain a healthy inside environment due to health issues and small grandchildren whom we may care for. We have attempted to air out the vehicle and spray with febreeze. We will continue to attempt to get this fuel smell out, however, we feel are feeling frustrated with a fairly new vehicle smelling like an old work truck. Steven did try to wipe down and remedy the situation and we do not blame him. But we feel whomever drove the vehicle into the shop should have a little more respect for someone's vehicle. The windows should have been up regardless if it it was parked in a closed shop or not.
