This is the second time that I have brought in my brand new vehicle to fix the same issue. This time no real work was done to my vehicle; they just took apart the door and window assembly and put it back together. They held my car for four days, without giving me an estimated completion date. When the vehicle was finally completed, I was on a plane to Miami. I notified my representative of the situation and never heard back. When I did make it back into town, I immediately came to pick up my vehicle and was notified that I needed to pay for the rental for the days that I was half way across the country, without the vehicle! Byron did, however, reach out to his manager after I had expressed me disdain and was able to get these charges dropped. If I wouldn't have confronted him about this though, I would have found myself paying $100+ for something that I was never notified about. Byron was just doing his job so this in no way falls back on him. He is a great representative and I am thankful for his assistance. This all runs back to the top of the food chain, who made the ultimate decision to move forward with these charges. I will be back because my vehicle is under warranty, but I hope that they will be much smoother transactions from here on out.
