Hi. It was a gorgeous day today. For that reason, plus COVID concerns, I asked if there was a waiting area outdoors. Steven offered me what he could, a picnic type table and bench, and had someone bring a patio umbrella to insert into the center of the table for shade. It was almost perfect.
I appreciate the efficient, quality service, as well as the interest in your service folks to make me comfortable. Thanks!
P.S. more comfortable chairs in a covered, outdoor lounge area (maybe with a margarita machine ???????????) would be a great enhancement.
