I just want to say this is the best experience I have ever had with Hampton Service Department. I do not know what y'all did but it shows. The last time I used the service department there I had to wait hours with 2 screaming toddlers, no one asked if I needed anything and the place was filthy. This was for an oil change. I swore I would never use y'all again. Thanks for changing my mind.
