I was disappointed there was no popcorn!!

The service was amazing as always but I must admit that the people that did my oil change need to slow down a bit because before I drove off the lot I looked to see as I always do for my oil change sticker and they never put one so the guy that stands in the front when the vehicles drive up , asked me for my mileage because I was upset and went get me a sticker himself.

I asked my service advisor if they would reset the oil change light and the check tire message. He assured me they would do that. Did not notice until I got home but neither was reset. I text the number back and never heard back. Can you advise me how to reset these 2 things?

Great service

I spoke with Scott about bringing my vehicle in for a knocking noise under my brake pedal inquiring if that should be covered under warranty. He could not give a definitive answer over the phone but told me it likely would be. I brought my vehicle in the next day with less than 15,000 miles on it only to be charged $75 for the labor of “removing rocks” from underneath my brake area. I got a message that it was done and that I had probably driven too fast down a gravel road. He did not mention or ask if I still wanted anything done because it would not be covered under warranty. I drive down a gravel road twice a day five days a week, most of the time just idling or barely going the speed limit if I do actually press the gas pedal. I had driven a Cadillac SRX for months prior to this down that same gravel road without having any issues with rocks getting trapped, so I imagined when I got a message about the rocks that it would be covered because it was more likely a flaw in design of the vehicle. Instead I felt as if they were insinuating I was driving too rough on my vehicle and forcing rocks to get stuck under it. The speed limit down that road is 25 mph. Most days I don’t hit 10 mph. But if I am in a little bit of a rush and go 20 or 25 mph I do not think it is reasonable to assume rocks could get inside and potentially do damage. Again, I feel like the cost should have been covered under warranty, the whole reason I chose to buy brand new was to not have needless expenses to worry about because there was a 36.000 bumper to bumper, but apparently that part was not between the front and back bumpers, I guess. The staff themselves were courteous and polite, but were not considering the warranty for anything but my routine tire rotation. My suggestion is to stop offering bumper to bumper for any length unless this company is willing to back it up. Thank you.
