My wife picked the van up and it barely had enough gas to make it to the gas station. She called in to talk the service department about the issue and carice wasn't there so she left a message. When carice called her back my wife way upset because we put gas in your car to return it to its original level and carice was short with my wife and hung up on her. Carice knew we had a bad experience with Toyota care and were already upset. I feel like more could have been done to insure a happy customer. Maybe wash the car and make sure the gas is good. Thats what honda did every time no matter what.
The phone service for your location is awful. You have to make multiple calls just to get a single question answered.
O'Neal was very polite and understanding. He helped us greatly in a bad situation when we were very upset with Toyota.
It was also nice to have the car back in two days instead of two weeks like we were quoted.

I’m from Lake Charles which was just hit hard by Hurricane Laura. My maintenance light came on as we were evacuating and after 4 days of sitting in 3 hour traffic both ways to and from Lake Charles back to Lafayette I noticed my brakes squealing. Hampton Toyota made it a breeze to have my vehicle serviced while an being an out of town evacuee in an unfamiliar area with stress levels to the sky. Easy, quick, and all polite. Nothing but a great experience and if I were from this area, I would be returning for all my vehicle needs.

As always the service department is extremely courteous and helpful. When I have additional issues with my car it is never a problem for them to solve it for me. I’ve even had a minor issue before and I drove in to the service center and a tech fixed it right away. The service at Hampton is exceptional! I have never had this at any other dealership.
