We were told out visit would be about two hours but it was four hours. That was extremely frustrating. We also asked for details about the Toyota apps and were told to talk to a salesman, so we went and asked a salesman and he said talk to the service dept, so we went to the service dept and Scott said talk to the salesman, we said we already asked a salesman and were told to ask the service dept so Scott said he'd research it and get back with us. That was one hour into our visit with three hours left and we never heard anything. All of this is very disappointing.
