I was affected by Hurricane Laura. I called and asked them for info I was in need of an oil change the lady who answered the phone was wonderful & kind! I talked to a manager who was so above and beyond to help me. When I got there the lady who helped was the exact same just wonderful. They made this experience wonderful for me as I’m displaced due to the storm! I would highly recommend!

Byron was really professional even though I was from out of town. He made sure I didn’t need anything else and called me right away when my car was done. I usually get free oil change from my dealership in Lake Charles, but I didn’t mind paying for this great service experience. Thank you for taking care of us.

I paid for an oil change and bought a new set of tires from your dealership, When my wife picked up tear the hubcaps were still in the trunk. She drive back to the dealership and the technician installed them. She drove less than one block and one fell off. After returning for the 2nd time she was told one could be purchased. It’s obvious the part was not installed properly. I have more than 1 Toyota that I pay for to get serviced at Hampton. I was in the process of buying a 2020 Camry but needed to check the level of service. You failed and I purchased my Camry a few days ago from your competitor. I will also be purchasing a new Sequoia in 60 days. I slowly switched all my maintenance and wanted to buy from a local dealer but your service sent me to your competitors lit. John Bonin

Y’all do a Wonderful job, my next car are truck will be definitely with Hampton, we have a Toyota Dealership in Opelousas, but it don’t come close to Hampton, that’s why I don’t mind driving to Lafayette, right now I am not ready for a New one, but when I do Hampton will be the 1st to know.
