Donna was very polite. But I brought my vehicle in to get a dent pulled, which was taken care of. They had a couple of scratches that was also to be buffed out, that did not happen. I had just bought the vehicle for my daughter the weekend prior. Seems there was a mix up between Service, the dent puller, and Sales.
Second time I had brought this vehicle for service which I was not completely satisfied.
