Carmen was absolutely the best support person ever!! She has now landed all my business and introduced me to Donnie who will sell me my Tundra Hybrid as soon as they are shipping. I can’t say enough about Carmen except that I would move her up the chain when opportunity presents. We had a major challenge with Allstate and she handled it like a pro. Thanks for keeping Toyota at the Top! Several years ago we bought the owners Tundra while He was driving it and I’ll never forget how good the service was and I’m now back in the area as a life customer!!

I had to call service dept to let them know I would need to reschedule my appt due to the fact my eye appt took much longer than expected.
