I don't need to tell you how fortunate this company is to have Steven Nelams, but I will. Steven does go above and beyond the rest. Always in a good mood even when the phone is ringing off the wall...I've witnessed first hand about the incoming calls. In over 2 1/2 yrs I've seen the service advisors come/go, and recently a lot have gone...as stated you are so fortunate to have Steven...solid rock to your service department! I was told the vehicle just needed an oil change. Then I was told it needed a new engine. Over a week later I’m told it needs an oil consumption test and I need to drive my fleet vehicle 1000 miles, return it, to determine if Toyota will replace engine under warranty. So no, my experience has not been completely satisfactory. It’s been inconsistent at best and frustrating at worst.

Although the service was quick, I was not informed that I would be responsible for my oil change payment this time. I was not prepared to pay $81 for this and wasn’t told until after the fact. I’m not sure why it costs so much, seeing as how I could get it changed in my home town for about $45-$50 and they do an excellent job.

I brought my car in Monday for 15,000 maintenance and an issue with the radio and calls being dropped . I was there four hours and a few minutes after leaving - the radio did the exact thing I brought it in for . I called Tuesday morning at 7:34am - left a message with a person who told me I would be contacted. I called back at 5:30pm because I was never contacted - the person answering the phone says she was going to put me in touch with a manager - that went to voicemail . I left a message . Still waiting on a return phone call .
