The service writer was excellent, but I had good service from her in past at her previous employer.. As far as my service today every thing I asked for was done in a timely manner I keep a maintenance log, she mad sure it was up to date & accurate. The only negative was oily finger prints all over my TRD silver bash plate under front of vehicle. This plate has to be removed on TRD Pro to get to oil plug to change oil. I don’t see this as fault of service writer. I see this as the tech who changed oil. Overall I would recommend Hampton service department to other friends and family.
