Not sure if my vehicle was serviced properly. As soon as I exited the service center, I found windshield wash liquid wasn’t refilled. The multipoint inspection page showed that the fluid level was ok, which is wrong. Called the showroom and asked for Mr. Byron and left voicemail message. But no one called back.

Mr. Steven Nelams did a great job getting my vehicle serviced for the recall and working with my busy schedule. However, the problem was in the process of getting my vehicle serviced. I dropped my vehicle to the dealership on March 18, 2021 on or about 7:15AM. The vehicle was in great condition with no scratches or any form of markings. On March 19, 2021, on or about 2:30PM I went to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. The first thing I noticed was my seat was positioned low to the ground and tilted back. As I drove home and parked, I exited my vehicle and realized that the drivers side (left) had a scuff, long scratches into the paint, and a paint chip. This was not on the vehicle when it was dropped to the dealership. I don’t understand why the dealership or employee could not admit to the wrong doing as people make mistakes. However, this is outrageous and really makes me upset and not want to do business with this dealership. I did speak with a manager who will review the cameras; however, I want them to see the vehicle condition upon arrival and then the vehicle condition upon departure. This is unacceptable for a dealership of this magnitude. I shall be waiting for the manager to contact me in regards to the video that he stated should be available by Tuesday, March 23, 2021. I don’t think anything will come out of this because this cameras may only show certain things, but if you can see the condition at arrival and departure, that will say enough.
