I dropped my vehicle off Tuesday evening for a 7 AM oil change and tire rotation/balance, with the understanding that it would be ready at lunchtime. Call received after 10 stating that it would take longer due to "recall items" being taken care of, (This was not an "ask" or authorization to do these, it was..we are doing them) completion time would be about 230-3. 3 pm phone call stating that the balance could not be completed unless a TPS sensor was changed out. Cost for said part was $242 (note: all 4 can be purchased for $149, but I don't trust a wobbling tire). When asked how long it would take, response was "not long" we will call you when ut is done. Call received just before 5, its going to be another 30 minutes, which was met with, I will be there in 22. Time is was ACTUALLY completed, around 645 pm. My truck smelled of oil and there were dirty shop rags not only in my seat but on the floorboard as well. Needless to say, I am disappointed and highly upset at the lack of transparency and customer service that was received today. In addition to that,, it was stated to the tech who was working on my vehicle that I was upset and not overly reasonable.. I will NOT be returning. Not for the Tacoma, the 4 Runner or the other two Toyota vehicles our family owns, nor will I encourage others to do so. Just be honest with people. You also may want to check the start times for service on my vehicle. Again, the appt was for 7 AM. I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx should you need additional information. But if this is merely going to the person I dealt with today, then yet again, my time has been utterly wasted.

Dirty hand prints through out car. Strong gas smell in car. Back door drivers side door no longer unlocks with power button, it worked on arrival at your facility. Took longer than supposed to because part from Lexus wasn’t received on time.
