I brought my truck in for the auto butler that I purchased when I bought my truck. I explained that the truck was quite dirty and I would pay whatever it cost to get it completely clean. I was advised to purchase a $27 car wash and interior cleaning. I said no problem I just want the truck clean. When I picked up my truck yesterday around lunch there was still dirt on the dashboard. The truck was simply not “cleaned”. There was an attempt to clean it, but if dirt was left on the dash what else wasn’t done. I did go back yesterday afternoon and show a guy from the service department the lack of cleaning. I have to bring the truck back for a recall next week and was told they would completely clean the truck at that time. Every time I bring the truck for the auto butler and pay for the wash the truck is never completely clean.
