I got the 45k service done on my car. I went pick my car up and the service adviser that I spoke to ( it wasn’t Carmen) got me to sign the paper and walked me out to my car. When I got home I looked over the paperwork and noticed it said they could not rotate my tires because of the tires. I was not informed on what service was done & not done. Would be nice to know that my rotation was not done, which means I am riding on my tires and never been rotated. I would have not looked at the paperwork I wouldn’t have known. Not Good!!

I don't feel there was sufficient pre-appointment instruction from the dealership. Detailed instructions as to exactly where to park upon arrival, who to ask for, etc. For a person like me who had never been there before, the service offices area is confusing, with so signs marking specific service representatives, nor is the area where customers were checking out marked. It appears as just a group of various cubicle-like areas. More signage is needed, in my opinion.
