It would have been better if I was told of know issue before my car didn’t start again! An email or text to come in since this was second time my new car battery died! Excellent customer service is proactive not reactive! My technician was great but not having to call AAA as Toyota roadside never came through after 48 hours. A free service you can’t use has no value, thank goodness I still pay for AAA.
