I felt like communication with Carmen was lacking. Both my wife and I left several messages with Carmen to attempt to schedule an appointment for service. I had to call the Parts Department to find out that the part had been delivered, then spoke with a Scheduler within the Service Department to get it scheduled.
On the day service was provided, Carmen went home without ever informing us that our vehicle would not be ready to pick up that day. Again, I had to call for information, at which point a very helpful gentleman told me the situation about the vehicle not being ready and offered a rental.
From what I can see the actual work performed was great. However, the communication with Carmen, or lack of, was very poor.
