Steven was prompt, courteous and professional. My wait time was under 30 minutes from arrival to departure. He went over the work done and had a list of maintenance suggestions for my vehicle that he went over with me. It was a pleasure doing business!

I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and when I requested to have a rubber casket on changed on my hatchback door I was told I would have to pay because it looks like abuse.
I do not abuse my vehicles and my Rav 4 is ony 7 months old and I want that casket changed so I look forward to speaking with someone who is in authority and can get things done.
