The oil change and filter replacement went very well. 15 minutes after we left the shield under the vehicle came lose on one side and started to drag on the road. We had to drive slowly back to the dealership and they secured it in a short period of time. It would have been nice if an apology would have been given for our inconvenience to return to the dealership.

I had an appointment for 7:30 am for Oil change and car wash. Received a call 2:40pm that my car was ready & I could pay over the phone because you close at 3:00. Not too thrilled about this. I asked they park my car in the early bird and place key under passenger mat. Fob and key disconnected??? My fob was on the driver mat and key was in the cup holder. Car wash was sub standard.
