I was not listened too. I was told my Timing cover was leaking/ seepage and had to be wiped up Twice while it was there being serviced for a Recall. We were then told by Donna, that this needed to be addressed and it would cost approximately over 2,000 to change. I Inturn reminded them my vehicle was still under warranty and that this problem needed to be addressed/ Changed if there was a leakage/ seepage problem. They refused to call my warranty to see if it was covered which it is due to a Power Train Issue. I was told by Donna in the Service dept that I Had to call myself to see if it was under warranty. But, she called the warranty while my car was already there to see if a Wire that goes to My HORN would be covered and it was because I have a Warranty still on my car. But she refused to call my warranty along with the Service Manager if this Problem that was addressed to me, that this was an issue. They wanted me to
Come back just before my warranty is up to re- evaluate if there is still Leakage/ seepage issues and then they will address this. I am very Displeased with the current Service Staff. I have purchased 4 vehicles from the Toyota Dealership, all paid Cash. I would like someone to Address this issue!!!

Carmen did an exceptional job. Two hours after parking my car at home, I noticed my drivers side rear tire was totally flat. I had to use my whole 230lb body weight on the tire tool to loosen the lug nuts. I took the tire to a local shop for repair assuming I picked up a nail or screw from the road. No, the problem was a damaged valve core. The primary reason for my visit was 5m mi check up which was tire rotation. Lug nuts way too tight & somehow my relatively new valve core was damaged.

I came to have an issue diagnosed. The first thing I was told, was that the altenatir belt was bad. The belt is less than 9 months old, so it is not bad. Then I was told the problem was my steering. When I questioned this, I was then told that the u-joints were a problem. Either the technician didn’t know, or the service depress lying and just trying to sell some parts and labor. Very dissatisfied.
