My only issue is when I called for an appt, I said I needed an oil change/tire rotation. My last oil change was at 9000-ish miles and I’m now at 17k, but I drove from Oregon to Louisiana in that time and I was told on the phone I’d be scheduled for the above. I drove up and said I have an appt for oil change and tire rotation. Super fast 30 min service, and when I was checking out, I was told that no oil change was done bc it’s not time yet. I was confused bc again this is not what was discussed when making the appt or 30 mins prior. I get it. It should wait till 20k miles, but why didn’t someone say that either time before? I could have waited and saved a trip. So the communication was not great.

Service was great! I was a little disappointed when I give my extra key to have them check to see if needed a battery. My other key I haven’t been able to use to open and lock vehicle due to button on key stuck. Though it might have been the battery. Girl who waited on me when I got there said she would check on the remote key. When I went to pay nothing was discussed about why the extra remote key was not working correctly.

I felt very dismissed as per normal visits with Toyota. Not much clarity with outrageous overcharging and additional fees. When I questioned a fee another lady was sent to tell me exactly what the bill read, clearly underestimating my intelligence. No expectations were set as far as how long the 5k service and a tire change would be, aside from a very dismissive "shouldn't be much longer" text reply. Over an hour later I questioned the status again only then to get an automatic reply that my vehicle was finally ready. If I would have known it would have taken over 3 hours, I would have made arrangements to have another mode of transportation. Very, very inconvenienced. However it is what I've come to expect from the Toyota experience.
