I made the appointment for auto butler today. My car was ready very quickly and was beautifully clean and shiny. After Mr Steven asked me if I would to do the inspection because it’s the time? I’m so grateful that he reminded me that because I would to ask him to do that but totally forgot! For the inspection I was needed the registration. He find out it was expired on February. Other very kind service woman suggested to go in Motor Vehicle on Johnston and quickly renew it. She find this address on my phone. I’m so grateful to her! ???? I quickly renewed my registration and came back where Mr Steven quickly did this inspection! I’m very happy and pleased with this, as usual, excellent service and I did everything in one my off day! So happy that I will not worry about that next 2 years! Thanks a lot to everyone who made my car service so pleasant and fast and who butlered my car! I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday March 10 for 1pm on Wednesday March 17th. When I arrived they didn’t have an appointment for me and didn’t order any parts for my service. The person helping me said they never received my appointment but I had verification on my phone. Now they have to order my parts and I have to go back.
