Carmen did an excellent job however whoever worked on my car left a greasy thumb prints inside the door and on the glove box apparently they had opened it, because my Bluetooth speaker was on the floorboard of the car when I got in it. Just something that made me go hmmmmm. Coming from a retail background I was always told that customer service and customer care could not be overrated. Details like this are important to the customers and which is why I brought my car to Toyota, the dealership and have consistently done so. Just an FYI to the team.
