Everything was fixed & when arrived at 7:30, the time of my appointment I was told it would take 2-3 hours. I was also told that when I made my appointment.. I got a call my vehicle was ready at 3:15 almost 8 hours. Also I asked for a ride home but did not say I needed a ride to pick my vehicle up. I think it was put on the back burner thinking somebody had to pick me up after a couple of calls to y’all after 5 hours & had not heard anything the ball got rolling. This is the first time I had any problems. Hope it is addressed so others do not have the same problem.
