I waited for my car from 10:30-4:39 pm. I left in a rental because my car was not ready for me to take home. Carmen never checked on me to let me know the progress of my service on my car. How disappointing for me. I left the service department very frustrated and drained. I returned the next morning to return the rental and to pay for my service completed on my car. Carmen was not available on Saturday for me to vent!! O’Neil Granger , Service Director, spoke with me and listened to my experience.
