I requested only an oil change with no tire rotation and after waiting an hour I received only a tire rotation and the oil was not changed. My instructions were stated when I made the appointment and when the vehicle was dropped off. What a complete waste of time.

When I received a message from Carmen advising me that my fuel pump had come in and to make an appointment. I asked about how long it would take to change it. I was told about 1.5 hrs. Ok. So I made an appointment for 11 am today. I got there 1 hr earlier than expected my vehicle was not ready till after 3 pm. Thankfully my parents picked me up so I was not there all day. Once My car was ready I get inside an all it smells is gas. I would appreciate if I have any more recalls that I would be given a correct estimated time and receive my vehicle I like I brought it in.

I got my Highlander serviced and cleaned today. Wash was exceptional and thought the inside looked good. When I got home I found when I lifted the back up, the area where the third seat and back storage area had not been vacuumed. Very disappointing.
