I purchased Tires last Saturday but was unable to leave work for Wednesday’s appointment. I returned this Saturday very early to get tires replaced. I had intention of dropping car off and returning after completion. The representative initially said that an appointment was needed preferably for a weekday because only 1 tire replacing service technician on Saturday. Therefore, I requested a refund due to not having time during the week to return. After requesting a refund, the representative left and returned stating that the manager approved changing tires. Upon returning to pick car up, representative presented me with a $300 invoice for service. I expressed that the entire amount was paid the previous week. I also expressed having several mistakes with invoicing the previous Saturday that required the previous representative to make several changes after mistakes were pointed out by me.
The representative reviewed the previous visit’s invoice, made an excuse about the previous representative’s mistake, and allowed me to leave. I paid last visit for wheel alignment but was told that the service technician would check to see if alignment was needed and contact me before replacing tires. I was too frustrated to even ask any thing about this so I just left without asking any further questions.
I’ve been a 20yr plus Toyota customer owning 2 Avalon’s, Tundra, Sequoia, and 2 Camry’s.. Many purchases were with musson patout in New Iberia. My family has always been satisfied with Toyota service recommendations and longevity of cars.
I’ve tried using Hampton instead of musson patout the last 3 services with less than desirable service each time. No follow-up is needed other than better service next time.

Yes byron was helpful and accomodating .. i was pleased with his service but the guys who did the rotationn left my seat cockeyed, changed my radio channel and did not switch it back..
