Server stucked!!! When I got there I told her I had a maintenance plan and that it would cover my oil change and other stuff. She said the only plan ya'll take is Toyota maintenance plan. I left with my daughter for an hour so when I left I called the plan and they told me that I could use this anywheres because it pays for the service covered over the phone. So after an hour to an hour and a half I came back and told her they pay over the phone at that time she finally called and I had to wait 30 to 40 more minutes when my car was done. So you see if she would have done her job in the first place and called the number when I got there I would not have had to wait any longer. Also when she had to do her job she did not tell me anything about my maintenance check up or give me another appointment.
