Carmen was absolutely fabulous, kept me informed of what was going on with my car, showed me what was wrong with my car, even explained to me why my warranty would not cover my brakes (can’t blame a girl for trying), and when it would be a extended amount of time to fix my car, secured a wonderful loaner car for me!! Told her only problem was it was a $30,000 brake job.. my mother LOVED the loaner car.. now I have to buy her a RAV XLE...????????
