I had a scheduled appointment for 0800 for only an oil change. I arrived around 0745 and my car was not ready until after 0900. A scheduled oil change should not and does not take greater or equal to 1 hour.

My first call for service was back in January. After multiple calls back and hearing that they had no record of my calls or requests to order my part I spoke with the service manager. Here it is at the end of may and they call me and say that the part came in and we scheduled the appointment. The young lady told me that I wouldn’t need to have a ride due the the fact that it was only going to take 30 min or so. I came with my daughter leaving my truck and was willing to wait the thirty minutes. Upon arrival Steve informed me that this may take over an hour saying that possibility 1 1/2 hours. (Note I did ask if they could do and inspection) They brought me to my truck after I fussed that this was not what I was told. We left our car at 2:09 pm and it was ready barely before 5 pm. This is not service this is just an aggravation of my time. I would not recommend your service department at all. There is much that I am leaving out.

My appt was at 7:00 a.m. I left at 9:15 after my oil change and tire rotation. Normally that has taken 45 minutes to 1 hour - once. The lady next to me in the waiting room had an appt at 8:00. She was called before I was. I was given all kinds of excuses including which stall I had and where my truck was sent to be serviced.
First time I have not been asked my name when I drove up. Also, first time I was not walked to my vehicle after paying my bill.
I can change my oil and rotate my tires cheaper elsewhere. More importantly, I can buy my next vehicle where my business is more appreciated.
