Steven always provides exceptional service! He truly goes above and beyond and is always my preferred service representative to work with.

I had an appointment at 9:00 AM and got a rental for the day knowing that it might take more than 3 or 4 hours to service my truck. I called around 2:30 to check in and I received a call back at 3:00. I was informed that the mechanic just got to the vehicle and would start working on it soon. I called again at 5:45 but no one answered the phone. At this point I was worried that I wouldn’t get my truck back in time as I was headed out of town for work for a month. I drove over and arrived at 6:15 where I was told that the truck was just sent to start diagnostics. I proceeded to wait and finally got my truck at 7:10. When I brought up how unhappy I was about the time it took to just check my transmission, the manager told me that there was a influx of used cars and the mechanics were stretched thin. I do not see how that is of any concern to me and the truck that I purchased from the dealership. I dropped the truck off on time and I expected to get it back in a timely manner. I did not appreciate the excuse about the used cars and I did not like the fact that I had to be the one calling constantly to get an update. On top of that I originally set the appointment for a oil change and to check my transmission. When I dropped the car off I told the service rep that I only needed the transmission checked as I had changed the oil the previous day. When I finally got the bill, I saw that my oil was changed again. The manager took off the oil change and the rental from my bill. He also gave me a free detail on my next visit. I appreciate the gesture to try and help but the overall experience was less than good.

Excellent customer service! Very nice & informative.

An error was made initially and wrong calipers were ordered. When calipers were received we made appointment and brought vehicle. Received a text to pick up vehicle and it was not ready. Had my ride pick me back up to bring me home Vehicle was not ready first day. Manager offered rental. Was appreciated but not needed. Vehicle was ready second day. We were very appreciative of service folks for being willing to fix our brake issue and for their perseverance. Our service rep was less than helpful. She never apologized for me having to go in early when the vehicle was not ready nor did she appear interested in helping us when we picked up the vehicle. We also had a break flush done initially. When we got the vehicle home, the fluid level was at low level. I don’t expect it to be at the high level due to pad wear but reset at the level it was originally. We assumed they just forgot to top it off. When returning to get calipers changed they said the level was ok and my wife said just to replace it like it was. Thks for asking.

I'm very impressed with the way Hampton employees take care of their customers. I've never trusted car dealerships until I started servicing my Toyota at Hampton. Keep up the great work!
