The only problem I had was that I had to call twice in 5 days before I got a response. I was told by the service manager it would only take 3-4 days for the part to come in. I called a week later because I hadn’t heard anything. I realize there could be delays in parts coming in, just would be nice to be informed if that’s the case. Once I was called by Mr Matherne, the service was quick(same day) which was great!

Called Tuesday to schedule for a recall was told someone would call me back (I may have misunderstood) I called back on Wednesday was told it will be 2 weeks before someone will call to schedule after parts arrive. Seems as though if there is a recall shouldn’t there be parts on the shelf
