Everyone at Hampton Toyota (Lafayette, LA) was exceptional. Tom (I believe that was his name) and Steven were both very pleasant, responsive and professional. I’m no mechanic so I can’t authoritatively speak to the quality of the work done on my vehicle. However, I believe I can safely assume it was top-notch judging by the interactions I had with the office personnel. I give Hampton Toyota a grade of “A+”. I will take my vehicle to them for all future service for as long as I am in Lafayette. Incidentally, the cost for my service was reasonable as well.

Had a faulty part on my 2016 Tacoma that caused water damage to the inside of my truck. Even though the “extended warranty” coved the replacement, it did not repair the damage to my interior. After pleading with the service department I basically got a big ol’ “oh well we can’t do anything about it screw you.” I purchased my 2016 Tacoma from Hampton Toyota but it will be the LAST vehicle I purchase from there. Absolutely disappointing how they treat their customers and shame on Toyota for not standing behind their products!

2 things I was disappointed in I felt rushed when Steve was checking me out.Just flew over what had been done to the car.
Next I had a car seat in the back seat it was unhooked and thrown in the tail end of the car and no one told me that had been done. When I went to pick up my child I was very surprised. Someone could have told me before I left the property that I needed to put my carseat back and fasten it!
