The service was completed correctly and I am happy with my oil change. My vehicle needs front and rear brakes, cabin and engine air filter.
I felt the filters price at the dealer was a little expensive so I decided to buy a cabin air filter at the local auto parts store which I relayed to my service advisor.
I also told him I have a friend who is a mechanic at a dealership that will do my brakes.
It was obvious by the service advisors reply and tone of voice that he probably works off of commission because he seemed very irritated from my response.
I also didn’t like his tone and disrespect towards another employee who I believe was probably a car Porter.
I have been coming to this Honda dealer (Corona Honda and Spreen Honda ) since I bought my vehicle. I have to say, I was much happier with corona Honda’s service advisor. Maybe because Of the bad experience I had with the service advisor at Spreen.
